Charges - Don't worry! Our charges are very reasonable

We charge £150 (no VAT) per person for full Tenant Assessment, including credit check, referncing and administration, and we offer a discount of 15% to couples and a larger dicsount to 3 or more sharers in one property. This is payable on submission of the Tenant Assessment Application forms. If you fail the Tenant Assessment, and are therefore unable to take up the tenancy, we will refund 50% of this fee (in all other circumstances fees are non-refundable). We charge £25 to re-draft/renew a tenancy agreement at the end of a fixed term, and £75 - £150 for inventory and check out procedures, by professional inventory clerks, and administration, at the end of your tenancy. (The cost of the inventory check out depends on the size of thre property and if it is furnished or unfurnished)
Don't forget, when you rent a property take out specialist Tenant's Insurance.

As we said, we believe a happy tenant is a good tenant, so whether you rent one of our managed properties, or we are simply tenant finding for the landlord, we try to make sure you have everything you need when you move into your new rented property and throughout your tenancy - safety checks, repairs, help and advice, and there's 'a number to call' 24 hours, 7 days a week if you need us.
Call outs for lock outs will be charged at £25 - £45, depending on time of call out and location.
