Started in 2003 by Gillian and a partner, LetsCo has built an excellent reputation. We still have the same dynamic team, and we've gained a few great people along the way. Our main strengths? The professional, proactive, effective and even 'tailor made' service we can offer. The fact that we are independent makes a big difference, as we have the freedom to go that 'extra mile' for our clients, plus we are landlords ourselves which adds to our experience.
Landlords - you can choose from 3 options - full management, standard tenant finding or basic tenant finding, all at a sensible cost. If those 3 don't suit your needs and you've got your own ideas of the service you want, please ask, we'll see what we can do.
